i am the webmouse...my name's nox. i'm from belarus. i suck at russian though, so that's why you'll see snippets of it on this site, to force myself to read. im a guy. i like to play and draw. orange is my favorite color, but it seems like i'm surrounded by blue lately. i'm fascinated by birds. i could watch them for hours. scouring the internet is also fun. i collect persona merch and whatever physical media i can get my hands on + the occasional figure if i really like it. i indulge in model kits and photography sometimes.
all of you exist. i don't really like how the internet is right now. of course, this sentiment is shared by almost everyone here on neocities, but i think it matters to put it into words. i want to focus on myself, on reviving the self, and on the part of the internet ingrained deep within me. thank you for viewing my site.
i like a lot of things! persona 5 has a very special place in my heart, along with ouran highschool host club, tears of themis, ensemble stars, trigun franchise, fire emblem three houses, etc...

14 май 2025basically done nothing the whole week as im done with all my assignments and the like.... only going for attendance atp. but this is fun too! i played some rhythm games w my friends after lunch and it was like wow.. this is what life is all abt... bc i have nothing to do, i have lots of time to plan. and boy do i have plans this summer.

i am very happy with this big list. i love that there are things i actually WANT to do.. this is epic. for exchange backpack, im thinking of switching from my cotopaxi 45L to an osprey farpoint 40L. i love my cotopaxi to death bc its orange and was an amazing christmas gift that i hyped up for months But To Be Honest.... to be Completely honest...... it hurts my back. ive been bringing it on basically every vacation i go, bc im a person who likes to test stuff a hundred times. and on those vacations, my back HURTS! im using the hip and torso (?) buckles to redistribute the weight, and it still feels awful. the store we bought it at takes returns up to 365 days so God bless. i might exchange it for the osprey... and then test that one out..... theres a couple problems w the cotopaxi apart from the back thing, but those are mostly nitpicky. if its not stuffed to the brim, its weirdly floppy and has no structure. if its full its heavy. and it gets annoying having to flip it open like a suitcase whenever i wanna take something out.. probably bc to close it shut again is hard bc the halves are Heavy. the osprey 40L ive mentioned has. idk how to explain this if i dont know the terms. if the cotopaxi opens like a book, into two halves that you can fill up, the osprey opens like a clamshell, with one big compartment that fills up. that seems like an easier ordeal. ANYWAYS.. ill think abt it

having a notebook to make my own planner in. ive hated it for years
saying ohhh planners dont help!! Well i guess they do now. i have the
rhodia landscape webnotebook (in orange, ofc) and ive almost filled it
up. i love it a lot, it fits under my computer and saves a lot of desk space.
the paper is p thick too! but the notebooks im considering to buy to replace
that is either the Stalogy Editor's Series 1/2 Year Notebook - B6 Landscape ORRRR
Maruman Mnemosyne N182A Notebook - A5 Landscape. both use graph paper. the maruman is
the same size, and uses rings. the stalogy is a little bit small, but flips
like a modern book. stalogy is softcover, whereas maruman is hardcover.
i like the marumans rings (lowkey pls do me a favor and just google the notebooks
so u can imagine it im bad at explaining), bc my main problem w the one i
have now is its awkward to use both sides, but i Hate wasting the paper.
would rings be more awkward??? i have no clue. im mostly just looking
at them online, but maybe ill check out my kinokuniya and see if them have em...

wait im lowkey joyous. maybe its just bc school is ending and im basically done w all my classes but its like my brain flipped a switch and im joyous again. im actually feeling excited about my interests and its like a BRIGHT excitement.. ^^ ive also realized that my blog posts on here for like a year now?? have been so miserable?? i think at some point i started taking myself too seriously.. i need to stop that. im remembering when i first started my site (almost 3 yrs ago now!!! wtf) and how id just yap on about my interests I NEED TO DO THAT AGAIN.... i used to post whatever without even checking for typos and now i get nervous if i use the same word too much. i need to get whimsical. this summer we getting JOYOUS!

i want to get a haircut. i've been wanting to cut it shorter for the longest time but somehow i can't do it. i've kept the same hairstyle for maybe 5 years now?? and i just get more and more frustrated with it every day. i hate the texture of my hair too. i want it way shorter, maybe like a wolfcut?? but i fear its gunna look like shit on me and then i'll just be less confident than i already am. i'm considering just buzzing it all off. at least then it's so drastic that i'll just have to take the ugliness in stride. but CAN i even take ugliness in stride??? i think i'm becoming more aware of my free will nowadays. if i want to change something about myself i have to work for it. i have to start it. there will not come some convenient moment or life-altering event that changes me drastically. i just have to reach for it...
in other news, i just finished reading the picture of dorian gray by oscar wilde! it was really good... i loved the way it was written. i think it's the first book ive finished this year which... yikes. i need to start reading more otherwise im broiled.

having a joyous one. made myself a breakfast wrap w egg, meat, tomato, & cheese. amazing. brought myself a snack upstairs.. banana, muffin, and trader joe brookie. life is so swell. i remembered to take my vitamins this morning too. wow. i am going to be okay!!!!!!!!

took some good bird pictures yesterday... see them here. im very happy w them! im trying to get used to taking photos w my bigger lens. its very heavy and i was worried that 80% of my shots would come out blurred from how my hands were shaking lolol
i got rid of my purchases page bc ive been on an ascetic streak butttt last weekend i went to kinokuniya w some of my friends and found myself actually wanting to buy stuff!!!

endearing way ive been carrying it w me to almost every event now++ ive been playing way more p3re in my free time!! i cant remember the last time ive actually spent so much time playing a videogame its awesome. i feel joy. every once in a while i get a whiff of air that feels like summer 2022 and its like wow... everythings going to be ok... im going to a con soon.. i have two of my fav figures ever preordered... i love taking photos and i love birds...

happy may! a new month + a new tsumugsfish layout..
i am quite happy with this one. its very simple again, but
feels more organic? than the last one...i am doing pretty good! i have a big exam tmrw so prepping for that. trying to be joyous. i felt a little off a couple days ago - the usual lack of passion and loss of direction. but i think im back now. im remembering how many things i love and am passionate about. i love akechi goro.. i actually just preordered his artfxj kotobukiya 1/8 scale. it was typically around $400 on ebay, but they rereleased him after 8 YEARS? for $90 (w/o shipping).. so so insane i literally couldnt believe my eyes. almost cried. thought about it for like 5min before placing the order.. im very happy. it releases in novemeber. i also have his nendoroid preordered.. w release in july.. i love persona

walking home i can easily take a guess at identifying my neighborhood birds. i can assume that ones a grackle, a robin, a sparrow, a mockingbird, a crow, a swallow... this is very simple but very important to me. im a perfectionist and i feel like if i want to do something, i either gotta learn it all 100% in a day to excel or Not learn it at all. im trying to move past this but its kinda hard lolol. with birds, ive somehow given myself the freedom of just enjoying the slow process of learning. it feels very freeing. theres a lightness with every guess. even if i misidentify it, its just a learning experience. i am trying my best, after all.

got back home yesterday evening. today was alright. my hand feels better. i performed my speech. i think i did pretty good, even though i was shaking the entire time - i chose a topic that my teacher seemed to like. my room hasnt been so messy in years. i think ill do some cleaning over the weekend...

WORLD IS YOURS / MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGSi. love this album. adore it actually. i found this album at a rough patch in life, probably through a random youtube video of the title track, and its stuck with me ever since. the drums and guitar paired with those vocals? amazing. life changing. kono speed no saki e is one of my favs from the album - the vibrant sound.. it feels uplifting and miserable at the same time. i have never listened to this album out of order, because that lowkey feels like a crime. the songs flow in a way thats been ingrained into my brain, and i fear listening to it any other way would ruin me. im also lucky enough to have gotten tickets to their second world tour! very very excited to see this group live :)

Земфира / ZEMFIRAi love zemfira. all of her albums are good, but this is the only one where i can confidently sing every single song on there. its also served as a way to further connect with my mom. we used to be pretty distant, but i think in part thanks to this album, we've gotten closer. something from her younger years to connect over. if i remember correctly this album is zemfiras first? she was only 23 when she released it... crazy. my russian is not the Best, so this album has also motivated me to better my language skills. i WILL own all of her cds one day.

Persona5 The Royal Original Soundtrack / ATLUS SOUND TEAMthis is.. self explanatory. persona 5 royal has been a media that has NOT left my brain since the moment ive started playing it. really! since aug '21 ive been rotating it in my mind. i love persona 5. this game was truly fundamental in my development of self, and from the writing, the characters, the art direction, and what im here to talk about, THE MUSIC, its stunning. the music particularly is... amazing. i love the jazz and the guitar and lyns vocals. god! no more what ifs? a favorite. i think as far as game bgms go, persona wins. royal days? banger. colors flying high? banger. gentle madman? one of my favorite palace themes. i believe? BANGER! i could go on, but the gist of it is that personas soundtrack has always been amazing, and the royal just adds even more flair. yes i still cry every time i listen to our light. not my fault goro akechi and akira have this inane homoerotic rivalry going on. gah!

Dots and Loops / STEREOLABthis album hasnt been with me for for a long time, per se, but i have cherished its impact on me. its very calming to me. this album always reminds me of bus rides, or better yet, train rides. actually, any transport where you look out the window and see how the scenery changes is reminiscent of this album. its another album that i cant listen to out of turn.

CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale / TYLER, THE CREATORone of my friends is a very big tyler fan, and i listened to this album as per her request. with tylers albums, i tend to listen to the entire album through once, then pick my favorites that ill listen to on repeat. wilshire and dogtooth are probably tied for my fav from this album. i relate to wilshire's lyrics too much, so i havent listened to this album in a while. "told me everytime you not with me you always ponder / what type of sweater im wearing, what music have i been finding" SIIIIGHHHHHH.... tylers music is amazing. i admire his style so much too.

The Dream Chapter: Eternity / TOMORROW X TOGETHERtxt was the first kpop group that i really stanned. i have basically their entire discography in albums. eternity is my favorite album of theirs; every song is just.... so good. the music itself, their vocals, the lyrics! bangers! its also my fav physical album. the diary concept is something i hadnt seen before, and the concept for their visuals (photocards, mvs, photobooks) is really good imo. if i remember correctly, this was their second album! ive loved watching them grow as idols since, even if i dont really stan them anymore.. i love the upbeat instrumental of drama, as well as the lyrics. THOUGH my favorite track from this album is fairy of shampoo!!!!!!! i ADORE this song. you really just have to listen to it, im not very good at describing music lol. its very floaty, very sweet. i love the saxophone, the vocals, the concept! they did a stage performance based on the little prince, singing this song!!! argh.

Heaven or Las Vegas / COCTEAU TWINSi will not claim to be a lifetime fan of the cocteau twins, because i just discovered them. however, this album is very good!! its an album that in my mind is similar to dots and loops. best for car or bus rides! its easy to get lost in their instrumentals... very soothing. theres a definite joy ingrained in this album, i think. i dont think i could listen to this album and stay sad.

In Rainbows / RADIOHEADanother friends recommendation. i was skeptical of this album at first, but it definitely grew on me. i love the rock sound. it can either be the joyous or the last piece needed for utter misery. i dont really have too much to say about this album. its really good, and i definitely prefer it to radioheads other albums. im trying to learn weird fishes / arpeggi on guitar, but its slow going. alas, we persevere.

Young Forever (花樣年華) / BTSbts my first love.. taehyung.... siiighhh... this was my first introduction into fandom culture and everything of that sort. their music is very nostalgic to me. this album specifically.. my fav song ever is run. i remember looping the mv for hours. incredible amount of bangers on this album however - i need u? autumn leaves? silver spoon? dope? burning up (fire)??? save me? house of cards?????? these are the tracks i think of whenever someone mentions bts. these are their best works. they're soulful and heavy. i adore them.

(natsumeku / sora ni / ukabu Planet / hikari o / tsumugi / kimi to Mysterious ray / irodoru Fantastic). splendid. amazing. they spell out switch in the chorus. (Sweet/Wonder/ imēji shitara/ Trance/Click/Heart) so cute. adorable. god. the beatmap in game is so fun.
temptation magic is SO catchy. flashlight! LETS DO THE MAGIC FOR YOU! that electronic synth is hypnotizing. i dont know what to tell you man. its so good!!!!!!!

easter carnival. SWITCH ON THE LIGHT! its so upbeat idgaf if its an easter song. its so JOLLY. when im having a bad day i just put this song on and my mood is lifted 75% already. the blue bird ref to tsumugi in this song. amazing. these lyrics specifically. SO GOOD!!!!!!!

secret gravity natsume solo. i dont even rock w natsume like that but god this solo is genuinely one of the best in enstars. its so upbeat but soft at the same time. (Kimi no kokoro no oku ni sotto)! (Kuru kuru mawaru unmei no)! delicious. if this song was a food it'd be some kind of cold jelly dessert. it makes me want to MOVE man!! the way the va accentuates the syllables.. so good. ill probably rewrite this another day bc ive said so Good too many times.

jesus christ. i love this song beyond words. its way calmer and slower than the rest of the album but in my opinion it has such a spirit of happiness imbeded into its lyrics, that it doesnt even need the joyous synth for your spirits to be uplifted. this song will 100% be my top listened to this year. i really cant get enough of it. tsumugi aoba...

shape.memory.music / GOATBEDi actually found out about the soundtrack before the game, you can imagine how that went. this soundtrack is incredibly good. ive yet to find something that comes even close. goatbed has such a unique sound. ai catch is so catchy! even though the lyrics dont really make sense to a casual listener, enough words stick out that you can hum or sing along. very danceable. sandy weeds is so gritty. i cant think of another word for it. liiikee sandy wweeeedss... masculine devil and de slash are also some of my favorites. splendid... all of the songs on this album are very individual - each track is memorable in its own way.

The Bends / RADIOHEADwaow. the bends... after i really liked in rainbows, i started listening to more radiohead. this was another album that my friend really liked, and her taste hadnt led me astray before! and it still hasnt!!! the bends has a very full sound as an album. planet telex is a perfect opening song. and then its the bends! the bends themselves! the lyrics here are hard hitting. vocals are very fitting... the "i wish it was the sixties, i wish we could be happy. ... i wish that something would happen" is SO good. high and dry is another favorite. i have got to get better at writing these bc i cannot just keep saying 'very' and synonyms of good. anyways - high and dry! again - lyric work is insane. "youd kill yourself for recognition, youd kill yourself to never ever stop." yowch... best for last; just. just is easily my favorite from this album. you do it to yourself!!! when i first heard this song i couldnt stop listening. id recommend it to anyone who listened. you do it to yourself you do! and thats what really hurts!!!!! aughhh so good. so good...

Hat Trick / IORI NOMIZUi found iori nomizu via shitty 2014 anime opening. i was really bored n clicked around for something to watch, and was blessed with darakena as the opening. darakena isnt part of this album, but thats how i got my start to iori nomizu. *** passionato is one of my favorite songs of hers. very cheery! the drums in signalize are amazing. i really love this era of jp music, and iori nomizu was my start of loving that genre. black white is also very good!!!! she has a lot of singles that arent part of albums that i adore, so ill mention them here. miele paradiso and chi are actually probably my favorite songs of hers. miele paradiso is just so good. that synth(?) in the bg is great. chi has a complete diff vibe than miele paradiso, as its a smidge bit darker? more intense? but still just as good.
